Description:
This is the Canadian equivalent of the important US patent 120,266, covering Wiley & Russell's "Lightning" die which was the first screw-cutting die that could be fine-tuned for size and that was more effective than the old jamb plates that were used for screw cutting before this. The idea was good enough to spur the creation of Wiley & Russell Mfg. Co. to make it.
