Description:
British patent corresponding to U.S. patent 445,451 Jan. 27, 1891 and Canadian patent CA-35,643 granted Dec. 20, 1890. The U.S. and Canadian patent dates appear in advertising for Miller's Vehicle Wrench. Production at St. Louis appears in the 1890s under a couple of names; St. Louis Wrench Co. succeeded Miller as maker.

W. H. Munns was a British patent agent.
