Description:
The claimed invention is the pivoting clamp for holding the cutter. The inventor alternately refers to this tool as a cabinet-scraper and a cabinet-shave. He says his assignees are Samuel C. Tatum & Co (but they are not listed as assignees) and this is an improvement on their 300266 patent for a cabinet scraper.
