Description:
Top "faucet handled" bolt pulls inner wedge against outer wedge. This action serves to clamp an axle nut into the wheel hub, enabling the wheel and nut to turn off or onto the axle.

Marketed as the "STAR CARRIAGE AND BUGGY OILER;" the center of the "faucet handle" is a five-pointed star. O'Hora had the wrench made at Rockford, Illinois but conducted the business from Avoca, Wisconsin.
