C. E. Jennings & Co. Price List No. 13
Description:
The patent dates for this patent plus patents 807,956 and 950,782 were seen on a No. 1 "Arrow Head" brand adjustable auger bit from C. A. Jennings. A 1913 catalog from C. E. Jennings & Co., Price List No. 13, shows their No. 1 auger bit on page 6 (see link). Five different cutters were available that allow the bit to drill holes spanning 5/8 inch to 4 inches. This catalog indicates that their head office was at 71-73 Murray Street, New York, NY, and they had factories in Yalesville and New Haven in Connecticut and Port Jervis in New York.
