Improvement to the Reeves pulley mechanism of patent 630,407. This improvement simplifies the linkage mechanism used to move the two pairs of pulley cones in a slightly non-linear way as the speed ratio as adjusted, where the non-linearity is calculated to maintain constant belt tension.
