| Entry based on "Abridgments of Specifications;" British patent corresponding to U.S. patent 502,997. A.J. Boult was a British patent agent.
"The object of the invention is to provide a monkey-wrench which can be adjusted quickly for the purpose of suiting various sizes of heads or be adjusted like any ordinary screw monkey-wrench, and it consists essentially of a monkey wrench having its loose head adjusted upon the shank of the monkey wrench by means of a screw arranged to be thrown in or out of connection with the rack ..."
