Description: |
| The holder for the jaws is can be turned a half turn in relation to the outer shell, at which time the holder and jaws can slide freely. When retracted, the tank of a bit or other similar tool is inserted, the jaws slid down to grasp the tang or shank, and then a half turn of the shell in relation to the jaws clamps them firmly. |
