Reissue application filed August 7, 1934.
The lever handle is capable of "over center lock;" the sliding loop will hold adjustment when "lock" cannot be achieved. The patent claims elements of the clamping linkage and frame structure.
The jaw end structures are described in the specifications but not included in the claims.
Clark-Feather Mfg. Co. (Fort Morgan, CO) produced a range of tools under its own name and contract for other brands. This valve spring compressor was sold by Indestro (CF-11) & Snap-On (CF-11E). |
