This patent is of possible interest because this inventor—or a different person by the same name—was granted three early patents for wheel-making machinery: 7,535X, 7,849X, and 8,147X. Patent 27,504 was granted 1860-03-13 to Daniel H. Wiswell of Buffalo, for a churn.
