Stan Schulz Stiles-Herman Combination Tool (FLICKR)
Description: |
| The tool consists of a tongs-like clamp, with padded jaws and a pivot point for a handle that holds an adjustable dent-removing hammer. These were marketed together with HERMAN FENDER ROLLERS for removing dents from automobile fenders (see patent no. 1,809,126).
The tongs portion has found its way into several tool collections as an unknown specialty pliers. |
