Description: |
| A "T"-handled screw with left- and right-handed threads clamps sliding jaw elements against the outside of a wheel hub while a central socket element fits over the axle nut. The effect is to clamp the axle nut to the wheel so that turning the wheel tightens or removes the axle nut. |
