Description:
This invention relates to electromagnetic impact devices, and uses vacuum on one side of the hammer, and air pressure on the other, each reinforcing the magnetic attraction. This invention was claimed to be especially useful in energy savings with large heavy impact devices such as power hammers. The inventor was developing an electrical power hammer intended to replace a steam hammer.
