Description:
As Per James Price, "A very ingenious washer cutter that includes a caliper. Employment of the caliper moves the cutter on a beam. The user could measure a cylinder or circle with the calipers that adjusted a cutter on the beam to cut a washer or disc the exact size. The examples shown were patented by John Leuenberger on November 9, 1886. The date found imprinted on the actual tools is incorrect. It is January 18, 1884.One is made of cast brass and one of Iron."
