On 1857-02-03 he received a patent for a cotton gin that was written up in the 1857-07-04 issue of Scientific American; the cotton gin was manufactured by the Union Roller Cotton Gin Co. of New York City. On 1860-07-03 he received patent 28,967 for a lemon squeezer. On 1860-08-28 he received patent 29,766 for a meat and vegetable chopper. On 1869-08-17 he received patent 93,676 for a coal elevator. |  |
