Description: |
| Cutting lips angle down (i.e. toward the wood) fairly sharply from the lead screw. The primary purpose is to achieve a clean exit at the end of the cut by leaving additional material for the lead screw to maintain purchase in, as the bit approaches the back side of the material. |
