| Made to sharpen multiple saw teeth at the same time, each triangular file is set at the proper angle and pitch if the file is used perpendicular to the saw. The sign sharpens every other tooth at the same time, when finished with one side you just flip the saw and file the remaining teeth. The sample is marked Lord, Witter & Park , Manufactures. Worchester, Mass. on one end, Lord "PAT", Saw File, May 10, 98, Pat's Pending on the other. Also the #8, for the number of teeth per inch its designed to sharpen. See also Patent818633 |
