| Description: |  | The basic form is a "side-cutter" pliers of the type used by electricians. The "lower" jaw is modified with a large circular extension at right angles. The circumference of this extension has a toothed notch. The tool is to grasp and pull single insulated strands of electrical conductor during the process of installing "knob and tube" wiring systems.
