| This is an improvement on Glover's Dec. 18, 1877 patent (no. 198,196). The improvement is to add a limited screw adjust collar at the end of the handle. The basic adjustment means is an interrupted screw that is free to slide in and out, but catches to hold adjustment when turned one quarter turn. |
