| Description: | | Wilhelm & Bonner - patent attorneys
This invention relates to that class of machines for planing metal in which the work to be planed is secured to a horizontal bed, which reciprocates under the cutting-tool. The object of my invention is to improve the feed mechanism whereby the tool is moved preparatory to taking a new cut, in such manner as to render the feed positive and to reduce the dead motion of the reciprocating bed to a minimum. | |
