        Description: |
| The main focus of this patent is adjustable jaws which are mounted on a ratchet frame covered by Murch's parallel patent (no. 759,823).
The jaws are held in adjustment by a jamb-nut screwed into the back of the ratchet head. They are moved in and out by the relative movements of the jaw-carrier plate and jaw moving disk. The disk has curved slots; the carrier plate has straight slots extending out from the center. |
