        Description: |
| The patent describes a combination pipe and nut wrench comprised of separate pipe and nut jaws sliding on a common shank, adjusted by a nut or sleeve on the shank. The only difference between this design and the parallel patent (no. 317,923) is that the jaws have a connecting pivot and only one jaw is connected to the adjusting screw. |
