| Description: | | "The purpose of this invention is to provide a device capable of setting harness loops to their straps, and particularly that class of loops which is disclosed in my pending application, Serial No. 514,465, for patent on improvements in loops for check-reins.
To this end the invention consists in a device having one jaw formed with a series of different sized seats thereon adapted to receive the loop and, with the assistance of a spring, to hold it in place, while the companion jaw is provided with a series of correspondingly-related indentations adapted to effect the bending or clinching of the points of the loop." | |
