| The components are the ring, curved side slots, claw extending at a right angle to the plane of the tool body, and an eccentric cam and post wire clamp. The ring serves as holder for a lever (e.g. pole, etc.).
Known examples do not include the cam & post wire clamp. The major features are nearly identical to similar features appearing in the "ATOMIC" fence stretcher based on patent no. 2,483,193. |
