Improvements to patent 115,210. Assignee Lewis Fagin was listed in the 1878 Cincinnati Directory as a shoe cutter; Lewis Fagin, Jr. was a bookkeeper. We have not been able to find any connection between Bickford and Fagin other than this patent.
