Abstract:
This invention relates to metal turning machines, and particularly to multiple spindle machines in which a plurality of different operations may be performed on a number of similar pieces at the same time. It is an object of the invention to produce a machine of this character having a great production capacity and still will he very simple in construction.
Claim:
In a machine of the class described, a plurality of working stations, at tool for each station, a feeding means for each tool including a revolving feed member, and means for controlling said feeding means comprising a rotatable and longitudinally movable driving-member for each feed member adapted for individual adjustment that they may be arranged so tire individual feed members will start to revolve at different times and will cease to revolve at the same time. |
