| According to a 1921 issue of The Iron Trade Review (Volume 68 page 1136: "The Simpson-Peck Mfg. Co. has been incorporated to make tools, hardware, etc., with $50,000 capital by W. A. Peck, A. T. Twitchell, and W. H. Simpson, New York." This company name is seen as late as 1924 in business directories but never achieved much of a market presence. They apparently manufactured nail sets, a locking valve-stem, and perhaps pliers (see patent 1,420,729. |
