Description:
This patent claims a capiron. In effect, this is a cutter/levercap/capiron system that reverses the levercap and capiron. The curved capiron (chipbreaker if you will) fastens on top of what the inventor calls the top (or break) iron but is actually a levercap in that it has the threaded hole for the tightening screw.
