Description:
The oiler with spring-loaded internal plug is on the back side of a screw-adjusted axle nut wrench. One known example has a threaded stud on the back side; the oil can was absent. Another has a plausible oil can braze welded to the frame.

A blank letterhead gives the maker name as Wagon Wrench Co. of Hartford, VT.
